  1. What a cutie!!!! She should be the poster child for children's Sisterlocks. You did a wonderful job on her hair. My granddaughter is 2, while she's still too young for Sisterlocks, I'm going to send a link to your blog to my daughter-in-law and plant the seeds of what's to come (wink). Also, I'm sending your blog to a newly locked customer of mine who has hair length and texture similar to yours. She's ready for her first wash and nervous. Your photos should help her. Thanks so much for all of the love you show me and for visiting my blog. Keep up the good work and tell you daughter, BlaqKofi said she is a Sisterlocks model!!!

  2. Chloe is adorable! You did a great job and her Sisterlocks look perfect. What a great gift you have given her! Your locks look great too! I was Sisterlocked right before Thanksgiving and it was the best decision I've ever made.

  4. I am so glad I found this site! I just recently installed sisterlocks in my daughters hair. She is 11 years olds. She is so excited and I was just searching sites for other young girls. I haven't taken any courses on hair. I have had traditional locs for a little over 3 years and I like the versitility sisterlocks will give my daughter. I look forward to following you and your daughters journeys and I wish you all the best in 2010. Happy New Year!

  5. It is truly a pleasure to share mines and Chloe's journey with everyone. Even though I have been natural for well over 25 years I had no idea how liberating the sisterlocks journey could be. I have always told others that you could not just wear a "fro" but you must be a "fro" This is a revolution!! I just want us all to be FREE....

  6. I love that fact that you say FREE. I truly feel it is hair freedom. I am so happy that our little girls can feel confident in knowing that they are beautiful and so is their hair.

  7. Chloe is a Doll! Her hair looks great! Thinking back to all the hair problems I had as a child, I wish I had Sisterlocks back then.

  8. Isn't amazing how liberating sisterlocks are!! Again it truly is a revolution and we must take back our freedom. The bible says we are ALL fearfully and wonderfully made.
I am not a racist however I believe the white man had us as slaves more than once. Once while in bondage and then again in freedom.
While we were supposed to be free we felt the need to look like massah. He treated us so well we wanted his hair now we even buy his eyes. let us work with what God gives us and be grateful

    * I have not had my morning coffee hopefully no on is offended that is not my intention
